21st Birthday Idea Please help!?

its my bf's 21st birthday at the end of september and I want to do something special for him. we live in Miami, fl. I would love to take him bar hopping or clubbing but the problem is that im 19. Weve been dating for over 3 years now and i already got him a stripper (so that is out) and we already went to a strip club. No s*x ideas please because I will most likely have my period.

Go take him out to a nice place to eat and then talk to each other about how things are going on in each of your lives and set some goals that you both want to accomplish in the near future.

Do you know of a bar called Paris?  I've heard 18 and over can enter.  

How about mud wrestling?  

Has he ever had a pedicure?  Have the 2 of you get a massage, then rent a movie and a nice lunch or dinner.  

What is his favorite sport?  Does he have a favorite player?  Maybe you can find something on ebay signed by his favorite team.
