I think I know the answers to my question but I figured Id ask. O.k Im going on Vacation to Arizona and we are going to go to Mexico. My question is I know its legal for me to drink there but when I drive back across the bourder can they give me a Minor? and If so how much would that cost me? thanks

Just don't drive.  If they do stop you and you get an underage they are what $50-$100.  It's not really worth it, is it?  Sleep the night in Mexico and drive back sober.  Save yourself the police record.
