  1. find out what's stressing you - work on eliminating it.

GNC - Ginseng (triple gingsa), Wild Yam, Steel Libido for Women, Black Pearl (RTD or Capsules)

  2. Jesus...if any doctor recommends supplements to you, PLEASE go find a new doctor.  Preferably one who practices ACTUAL MEDICINE and not potentially dangerous hedge-doctor jiggery-pokery.

You need to see a REAL DOCTOR and talk to them about evaluating your hormone levels.  Usually a low libido is caused by lower than average testosterone levels (yes, women have testosterone and it controls the s*x drive.)

  3. Sometimes this has to do with how attracted you are to a man.  I've found my libido to differ in certain relationships.  You can try taking Ginkgo Biloba or Genseng as a supplement.  Good luck.

  4. Have you ever considered it to just be a phase? Were you really sexually active for quite some time and maybe you just need a break. I went through a phase when I was around that age. I was never in the mood but didnt always turn it away when my boyfriend pursued me. Drs are too quick to recommend medicine for everything, its just the way our society is now.

  5. I went through something similar a few months ago. (I am 22 as well). Mine was I started school, quit my current job and became a say at home mom, so my style of stress changed directions. I felt like my husband didn't think as much of me because I wasn't working any more. So I felt "not good enough" I finally got the nerve to bring it up to him and he laughed at me and said it was the opposite that me being a stay at home mom made me "sexier". So I asked him to start showing it more, with stuff like, light smacks on the rump, acting more interested, dirty text messages etc I also started running regularly which helped because I started feeling better about myself. So If you are married or have a significant other, just talk to them and let them know what makes you feel s**y, trust me it helped for me. If you don't have a significant other, try working out some, going walking etc, it releases endorphins. Hope this helped hun and good luck!

  6. You mean awfully Low libido? or awfully High libido?? I have been suffering the latter (and still am) so if this is your question, hmmmm, well, embrace it :)

  7. You were told to take supplements?  My doctor told me to take DHEA, which can be found at Walgreens or Rite Aid.  It increases testosterone levels, but I didn't notice much different.  Then she recommended I get counseling.  I guess if you aren't like everyone else you need pills or counseling.  Dang ol' doctors.  Anyhow, I still need to find a new supplement or something because my husband thinks I suck. haha.  But, to answer your question, DHEA was what I took for a while, it did raise my testosterone, but my libido didn't seem different.  It could work for you though!
