i'm 49 male in fair shape,my running abilities are also fair.What is the best way to train for a 220 yard run in less then 50 seconds within 21 days

  1. You should be able to run 220 yards or 200 meters in less than 50 seconds now without any training.

    If you really need to train then try doing some strides, so you are used to running.

    Staying relaxed and moving will enable you to finish.


  2. hmm 220 yards is only 201 metres....  you should be able to jog that in less than 50secs.
