22nd Birthday in New York City Ideas?

I'm planning an outing on Saturday the 16th for my birthday and I was wondering if anyone had heard of really good places to go for a group of about 10. We'll be dressed up already (meaning shoes, not sneakers) because of dinner and I'd love to go to a great place in Manhattan that's not crazy expensive, appropriate for our attire, has a lot of affordable drinks and I'll be able to dance, A LOT. I know some places, but those are dives. I'm pretty much looking for a good vibe to last the night. Any ideas?

i would go to spot light live i went there and it was so much fun! you get to sing and dance and have a great time! i love it
