22nd bday! need ideas for dinner games!?

my bf's 22nd bday is tonight. we're going to her favorite mexican restaurant, and even have party favors (party city is already stocked for cinco de mayo).

i need some ideas on what games we can play! it'll be all-girls and we want it to go along with our theme. can be with or w/o drinks.
