Looks like these pictures have been kept by someone (why they havent turned them over to the portuguese police already is not clear), and some British Lawyers offered to buy them, but would not agree to releasing them to the portuguese police first. I wonder why? I wonder who the british lawyers are that refused this?

What do you think?

  1. i think they should've ordered take away & stayed in the apartment with the children

but hey thats just my opinion

  2. maybe because the Portugese have lead a sham of an inquiry into this case right from the beginning...including not sealing the crime scene...maybe the photos would be better with our own police forces.

  3. So British lawyers are now potentially blocking the investigation too. What exactly is there to hide, that requires pictures of them eating to not be released, and them to refuse to answer 48 questions? If it was me, and my child was missing, no matter if I thought they suspected me or not, if I knew I was innocent I would answer.

They, and their friends, should never, ever have left their children alone.

EDIT: Just a quick one, to Michael - it's a holiday hun, loads of people take pictures on holiday. If it was their first or last night there then I would expect last/first meal photos of everyone!

  4. The sooner these pictures surface the better, and the person who believes the case is closed, you couldn't be more wrong.

  5. Sounds like a load of bollocks to me.

  6. It all sounds a bit fishy to me Why wait a year without telling the police ? Why make conditions of sale ? why turn down 600,000 euros ?That's a huge sum of money,  Why take 24 pictures of your own friends eating their meal ? If the McCanns table is in the background I wonder if these pictures have a time mark on them ? That's if they even are genuine. I would rather wait and see if there is any truth in this before I comment any more.

  7. I think as they will give negative impression of camp mccann & the tapas 9.

they will show K & G having a fantastic time, all smiles & surrounded by many, many bottles of wine,

these pictures will be stifled & never see the light of day!

Proof G & K neglecting their 3 babies for another evening in the company of complacent friends & for the 3rd consecutive night of their family holiday.

I hope the Public will get to see them.

But why has this person waited so long & pop up now?

  8. Isn't it a crime to withhold vital evidence?

  9. Of all the testicles I have seen written about this case, this story has to be the daftest.

So the current owner is incapable of getting copies to the police???...Really???...and my name is Glenda Gullible...

  10. Don't all the people involved in this come as across as lovely, open, straightforward and honest..............not !!!!!!

  11. Well it will be interesting to see what develops from this lot. One thing is for sure if its true the McConn's certainly won't anyone getting hold of them because it will certainly reflect a different story to what they wish us to believe. I don't think the pictures would have altered the outcome of the demise of the child but they might just put some people behind bars where they belong. But I am so glad they didn't give them to the lawyers so they could suddenly 'disappear'!Thanks for the link.

Edit: Just two other thoughts, why would lawyers be interesting in buying these pictures but not agree to the terms???Plus newspapers would gain it all back in sales but lawyers??? Also if these pictures do show incriminating evidence and knowing how corrupt this case has been, I would be very wary of just handing them other in the fear of them 'disappearing'. So this could be a clever way of making sure the public get to see the content either way. Hopefully this is not as mercenary as it sounds but a clever way of protecting vital evidence...

  12. I'm not 100% convinced on this.. sorry, i can't imagine anyone waiting this length of time.. ?

also yep i agree with emily, it is a crime to withhold evidence! sling their greedy backsides in jail if its true!!

  13. Hmmm do you think that story is true? Sounds a bit like porkys to me.

  14. Another attempt to cover things up .

  15. This case has already been closed - why are we still talking about it again?  It didn't matter back when it started and it shure as h**l doesn't matter now!
