It's affected me so much that I can't ever leave the house without a hat and I hate this. I feel so embarrassed though that everyone will notice and comment on it or that all people especially girls will look at me and laugh. I just really wish I could do something for this I can't keep on going on like this I HATE THIS!!!!

  1. I know you are using your hat as your security blanket but hat wearing actually promotes baldness so thats not a good ideal buddy.

  2. Okay, first off let me tell you, it's not a big deal. I dated a guy who had a receading hairline since his early 20's. He embraced it and when it got to a certain point he shaved his head and OMG!!! does he look freaking awesome with a shaved head.

I would keep your hair cut short if you don't like the shaved head look. If you start to like it and get comfortable with it, you will look a million times better!!

  3. shave your head

  4. First of all, step out of your house with pride, and forget the hat. I bet you are awesome looking just the way you are. Don't let this steal your confidence. your value and worth have nothing to do with your hair. Second, any girl who would laugh at you is showing her true character and not worth your time. People like this are nothing to you. And none of them is perfect either!

A handsome man will be handsome with or without hair. In fact, there are some really hot guys out there who have very little or no hair and they look better than they would if they had hair.

It is also possible that your hair does not look as bad as you think it does. There is a disorder that makes people think they look bad when they really don't. It's called body dysmorphic disorder. If you find that your worries about your hair are interfering with your functioning and happiness, please see a doctor and make sure you don't have this awful disorder. There are treatments for it.

Mostly, my heart goes out to you because I know you are suffering. But you need not place so much importance on your hair. You are a precious human being with a world of characteristics that make you who you are and hair isn't even one of them!

I hope you soon feel better and find a way to restore your confidence. Really...you deserve to feel happy. Take good care of yourself and see a doctor if you do not soon feel better.

  5. Stop stressing about it. Stress plays a factor in baldness. I'm 25 and last year I've notice I was going bald as well. Mine is going away at a slower paste so I'm going to except it. I think I've been going bald for about since 22 or 23 or something like that.

  6. dont hate yourself..

those who laugh at you is such losers...

they think they are better than you?

    no my frend...

my advise please stop wearin cap..

that s the one reason why you loss your hair,,

    its proven

    i do thesame before..

but still even my hairline going that high,,,

    my hair looks good..

coz i look like taiwanese ..

i have this fashioned bangs that cover my forehead and

that gives additional points aside from my not so good looking face..

and lastly its not the hair that matters,,

its the face that counts and the heart inside ...

  7. If it bothers you, see a doctor about prescription drugs to treat hair loss.

If that doesn't work, some counseling would be in order. Hair is insignificant and surely isn't worth being unhappy about.

  8. A friend of mine is 23 and he says he's balding. I dont really see it and I say he looks fine.. no one else really sees it either...You'll see it way worse than anyone else. Don't worry about it unless someone points it out. THEN worry. :)... You can get medication to save your hair as well... Happens alot.

A couple of my friends (both under 23) are going grey already :P
