PLEASE Parent's DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS LOCATION ABOVE.THIS IS A HORRIBLE DAYCARE CENTER,AND IS NOT A PLACE YOU WOULD WANT YOUR KIDS AT.alot of parents including myself have had bad experiences.this place should be shut down for good.How can I report this place?

Matt is correct...get your ducks in a row...make sure you can prove your point.  Have you already had a conference with the director of this place?  Please do so...in a very calm manner :-)

You want to start by looking at facts.  If you call a licensing agency with a lot of upset comments, they'll likely view it more as an upset parent in a dispute with the place than an actual licensing issue.  So be sure to stick to provable facts.

After that, you might want to contact the Houston Child Care Licensing office at [phone].  

Be careful to be certain this is not a dispute between the day care and you (or even between the day care and several parents).  You'll simply be wasting everyone's time, including the people who need to look into this and are already over-booked.  (I say that because we know nothing about the situation).

if you want to report them you need to call your licensing agency and do so.

be very careful about putting this in print as you could be sued for slander.  go the route of reporting them and let the licensing agency do their job.
