can anyone tell or explain me how this diet works? i heard anorexics do this?

If anorexics do it, it just HAS to be good.

Seriously, just read up on eating healthy and propper nutrition. You have to eat (the right foods of course) to lose weight.

2468 diet is indeed a diet that anorexics use.. one day, you eat 200 calories, the next you eat 400 calories, the next day you eat 600 and the day after that you eat 800 calories.. and the cycle continues.

I DONE ALOT OF DIETS , BUT SORRY I NEVER HEARD OF THAT DIET.
