25.00 to fill up 45-50 mpg , geo, why make fun of this car/ whats your cars fill up cost and avg. mpg?

my geo is a convertible with 5 speed shift/ i do about 70-75 on the highway, she isn't slow as some with automatics i heard about.

2000 chevy metro - $35 to 40 to fill, still gets 33 mpg highway.

2007 chevy aveo - same $  mps 30 town  / 36 highway

the aveo is the replacement model for the metro and is pretty roomy considering.  have to have the 4 doors tho!!!

My 94 Civic does about the same.  Some of my friends who used to wonder why I keep around (when I have another newer car), are all now envious of my 94 Civic.

$130 to fill up my Nissan Skyline R33 spec 2 i also get 17mpg careful town driving.Live in the UK.

I kind of respect you, actually, it makes good sense to drive this car. But i've got it even better, buddy. I don't know if you heard, but you can run just about any diesel vehicle on used vegetable oil. I bought a 2003 Chevy 2500 diesel truck, one of the biggest, baddest vehicles you can get. I spent $12,000 on the truck itself, and another $3000 on the equipment for the veggie oil. Thats $15,000 total, but since I spent that I havn't spent a dime on fuel. Why buy a Prius when you could do this for $10,000 less? My other cars a small BMW which surprisingly gets 30-35 mpg not a good as your geo but pretty darn good for a sports car.

BTW, I rented a Geo one time it was me, my buddy and our luggage and I couldn't get it past 55 on the feeway so i can see why people laugh a you.

with the price of gas nowadays, thats good.. i have a dodge neon and i get on the highway around 40 to 50mpg...

i use to have a geo back in the early years like umm 2000 or wait, 1990's i believe its a good car as well..

Fill up cost is all dependent on the size of the tank.

2003 Ford Taurus.  Excellent condition.

15-16 gallon tank. Cost to fill about $55-60.

MPG 22-23 city, 26-27 hwy.
