I am getting married in 20 days. I need to know what is the quickest way to lose the most weight. I dont care if its not the healthiest way, its just to lose weight for now. Tell me what you did and what were the results.I was going to split an hour and 1/2 of cardio up during the day and 30 mins of weight training. and keep under 1000 calories a day.
