Question:

25 weeks pregnant, really BAD MOOD?

during other parts of my pregnancy i would only really get in a bad mood if I was hungry and waited a little too long to eat but today i feel really on edge like punching something! I am annoyed by everything and just want to SCREAM! what should i do to get in a better mood?

I got 6 hrs of sleep at least, thats all ive been getting lately cause its uncomfortable.

  1. I am 35 weeks pregnant and I am feeling awful. However, I am getting less than 5 hours of sleep. I decided that in these last few weeks- I am gonna pamper myself. Iwent and got myself a facial, manicure and pedicure. I also started writing things downs that made me angry- I knwo I am not angry at anyone in particular but just anxious. Try to even wear nice cloth, underwear, and put on the make up so you are feeling like everyone else. I used to work all the time and loved getting dressed for work- so I tend to do things I used to do b4 I got pregnant. Focus on the positives- i know it is hard sister- I am right there with you... But you have to walk yourself out of these bad mood otherwise you will suffer down the line.. Trust me I am 35 weeks and I knwo what I am talking about.......... GOOD LUCK

  3. 6 hours?? my son is 4 months old and i feel lucky to get that 6 hrs!! when you have him it will be like 3 hours of sleep a night at first even now i still get sleep derprived!! imagine how moody you'll be then!! enjoy it now!!  and i know how ;you feel i was pissy my whole pregnancy!! just try to look on the good side. your gonna be a mommy soon enough!!!!!!!! good luck and cheer up!!!!!!!!!

  4. i'm 26 weeks pregnant and have them to. to the point where i can't even stand my fiance soemtimes. i tell him to go sleep on the couch and dont bother waking me or sometimes i tell him to leave the house that i just need to be alone. i normally cry to become in a better mood i've been a cry baby during this pregnancy though. or i just sit and stare or watch tv. or best thing EAT! it will pass soon enough :)

  6. Unluckily mood swings during pregnancy are normal. Whenever I was having a bad day I threw in a romance or comedy and that always got me smiling again! Goodluck feeling better, and CONGRATULATIONS

  7. Do something that makes you happy!  Or you can meditate.  Or m********e.  I'm not kidding!  All of those things will get you into a better mood.
