I've found a recipe for Breakfast bars on the internet (http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/member/views/BREAKFAST-BARS-1251323) but the temperature for baking them is simply listed at "250 degrees." I realize that 250C is just over 400F, but that seems pretty hot to be baking something for an hour? Or maybe I am way off.

I'm a pretty experienced cook, but when it comes to baking, I'm a definite novice. Should I be baking my breakfast bars at 250 Fahrenheit or 250 Celsius?

  1. Probably F

  2. Fahrenheit

  3. Definitely Fahrenheit, 400F is way too hot to cook cookies.

  4. It should be Fahrenheit, 482 Celsius is way too high for a breakfast bar recipe.
