Hi Dave,"Since my solution was rejected by you, I guess you also do not want my help contacting Denon tech support."I am still trying to figure out how the FixYa website works.I keep receiving e-mail messages that say "There is a new Solution for ..." or "There is a new Comment for ..." but I do not understand how to see them (the e-mail I receive is text based and has no obvious links or website addresses).Is there an easy way for me to see all the Solutions and Comments at the same time?Or to cycle through them one at a time without 'rejecting' any of them?I do not yet have a solid lead on a 2621217005 and appreciate all the help this site's users and gurus have provided.Sorry if I am misunderstanding the site and giving the wrong impression from the options I am clicking,DonMoody
