i still have like 10 pounds to go what are some things i can do to cut weight and wat kind of stuff can i eat? PLZ help

  2. No more beef or pork in this 27 days but VERY small amount of turkey or chicken breast and bread, a lot of fruits and vegetables, replace milk with soy milk and eat tofu, soybean and any soy food to get back the protein that you may have lacked for not eating enough meat.

    Stay away from oily and fried food.

    I reduced 10 pounds in 30 days and in a total of 15 pounds in 50 days.

  3. Well... if you only need 10 pounds to make weight, you don't have to lose anymore weight. You can cut 10 pounds in 48 hours. I've cut 12 pounds in 24-30 hours for one of my fights. With the proper nutritionist and dedication, you can cut those 10 pounds easily. But if you still want to lose those pound than stay away from sugars!!! and only eat carbs before training. Eat a lot of vegetables. Hope this helps!
