I believe they are gardenias however my florist told me that in actuality Gardenias wilt by human touch because of the oils on our skin so if you chose this they would have to prepare it properly or you would need to use a silk flower.

If you own the DVD, the special features tell you...  I believe its gardenia, but I haven't watched in a while.  Get a copy of the DVD and watch all the special features!  It does tell you about the wedding at the end!!!
