  1. I've been doing that my entire pregnancy (24 weeks) and have yet to figure out why. I asked about it at my last dr. appointment but they didnt know. They said sometimes you get unexplained symptoms while pregnant - however, I think it's something wrong with me and not associated with the pregnancy. (Because i've had it happen to me in the past)

The other night, my pulse was fine but my heart just felt like it was beating too hard.

I would mention it at your next appointment so they can check your heart and your baby's heart.

  2. it is normal to have a faster heart rate during pregnancy mine was like 20 beets faster until i had baby then it went back to  normal

  3. Stress can bring on a rapid heartbeat, but so can other conditions.  I have SVT (Supra Ventricular Tachycardia) and it started during pregnancy.  You should tell your Dr. to be on the safe side and see what he thinks.  This is NOT a life threatening condition, so don't be scared of that, but mine did start during pregnancy and I now take a beta blocker to control it.  Good Luck!

  4. no that is not normal unless you were having contractions then that is normal. go to your obgyn and tell him about it and see if everything is ok and tell him that it is uncomfortable it could be a sign that something is wrong.

  5. I would ask your Dr about it. I noticed that it was harder to breathe when I was pregnant because of the pressure in my diaphragm from the baby, but did not notice increased heart rate. it is worth getting it looked into.

  6. yes it is mine would palpitate try laying in a fetal position on your left side it goes away when pregnancy is over

  7. If I were you I'd run to the pharmacy or grocery store and get your blood pressure taken.  It could be a sign of pre eclampsia.

  8. Talk to your dr.

  9. Have you had your blood sugar tested yet? I had that problem when I was pregnant and  I had gestational diabetes. I'm not saying that is the problem it may be nothing. Just make sure if it continues to happen u call your Dr.
