My 9 year old son has had two separate blood tests. The first resulted in low lymphs, high basophils and very high eosinophils (14%). We waited three weeks and repeated the test. Now the test shows 28% Eosinophils and elevated AST (47). Doctor has ruled out parasites via a stool sample. It was negative. He has no history of allergies. What could be wrong with my little guy?
