2GB MicroSD card not working properly with Motorola Phone?

Question

i have a motorola e815 (old phone), which might be why this keeps happening, but anyway, i have a little over 1G, and whenever I add new songs, they seem to be added fine. But when i play them, the phone restarts. If some new songs actually work, then some old songs wont work anymore.

This gets REALLY annoying when adding new songs from a CD (Bird and the Bee sides to be exact), so can someone please help me figure out the problem?
