2nd Interview at Marriott, with corporate manager?

Question

I had an interview today, for a part-time front desk position, with the office manager. She told me at the end of the interview that they would be forwarding my resume to the corporate manager, and that she would be in contact with me later this week to schedule a second interview.

I assume this is a good thing.

Anyhow, I'm nineteen, and although I have no hotel experience, I do have customer service experience. And I've always wanted a hotel job.

Any tips for a second interview?

Be confident and well spoken- why not phone some 5 star hotels asking about room prices and general enquiries to see how they deal with it and try to mimic that in your general conversation.
