2nd interview for Kohl's?

I had my interview for the full time shoe position at Kohl's this morning and everything went great. She told me there is 1 other girl that she is going to possibly interview for the position and right after saying that said that I'm her pick. She told me she would be in touch with me in a few days for a second interview. Any idea on what a 2nd interview is for?
