2nd owner of LG Voyager, deactivated it from my account, it is now LOCKED with a code I don't know! HELP!?

Question

I tried 0000, 1111, and the last 4 digits of my phone number. None of which did the trick. I'm guessing it reset to the code of the original owner - Who's last 4 digits I don't know considering I purchased the phone off of eBay.

I called Verizon and they said they didn't know how to help.

you called verizon and they said they did not know how to help? my goodness... call into them again- hopefully you get a better rep, it is probably reset to the original owners last 4 like you mentioned. what they will do is when this happens we give you the manufacturers number, they can help reset the lock code and help you out in that area. But yea they should have atleast done that... so if you call in again about the same issue---they should give you LG's phone number and transfer you over there. good luck!
