2nd time caught without insrance in missouri

I'm on probation and can't get into troble

is faluire to maintain insurance going to affect my probatation

Frankly you SHOULD go to jail.  If you have the responsibility of driving a car, you should be responsible enough to get minimum insurance in case you injure someone.  Otherwise, do us all a favor and take a bus.

If it's anything like Texas - during probabtion periods, you can't have anything to do with the police......the court could revoke your probation and you COULD go to jail.

You need an attorney on this one........
