2ww: What do i do?!?

I'm only 4dpo and I know these couldn't possibly be signs of pg but I'm overly tired, unfocused, bloated, and my face is really hot... I don't know whats going on there, but I need to shake it off.

What should I do to keep my body a healthy, "embryo friendly place" within the next two weeks?

  1. Try not to stress out too much and dont do any heavy lifting.


  2. Eat right, don't overdo anything. Moderate exercise, walking, swimming, light jogging.

    Try not to stress about anything.

  3. Actually some women can get symptoms extremely early, but these also could be signs of stress, and changes in your life, such as having a baby.

    But here are some things you can do:

    ♥ Start taking pre-natal vitamins.

    ♥ Eat healthy

    ♥ Avoid CCaffeine

    ♥ Avoid Smoking and being around smoke.

    ♥ Stay calm about things do not stress out a lot

    ♥ Don't Drink Alcohol

    ♥ Any meds you take, are taking or are possibly subscribe, make sure they are ok for people who plan to become pregnant or are pregnant.

  4. First--chill out. Stress and anxiety plays h**l with your cycle and can lead to the dreaded late period but BFN.

    No smokes, no drinks, no drugs legal or otherwise, take a prenatal vitamin, eat lots of protein, sleep, be patient.

    You only have a 20% in any month, this is why on average it takes a healthy couple 12 months to conceive.
