I found that in the description of an industrial dishwasher, on the cds it's used for burning speed (do you say like that the operation we do with the nero application?)

"2x wash timer" google www.caterkwik.co.uk and choose industrial dishwashers, passthrough dishwasher, the second product diplayed choose control panel and the controls are shown

Only a guess because the description does not explain - it looks like an on/off button so it is likely that it allows to double the standard wash cycle time, which is 2 minutes in the description.  In other words, the wash tray stays under the washer for 2x the usual time.  You would have to ask the manufacturer or supplier to be sure.
