3 65 ezpass lanes, 4 15 ezpass lanes and 1 cash?

I just don't get it why have 4 15 mph ezpass and for that manner why do people pull into these and then get back on the highway when they can use the 65 mph just by going straight.

Just something I had trouble trying to figure while sitting behind like 15 cars in the cash lane.

I could understand having one or even two 15 ezpass for idiots that cant read road signs but why not pay for another operator during the heavy traffic times.

Soon there will be no toll takers you will receive a bill in the mail. The danger fumes and health and medical expence automated money collection is what theey will have soon every one will have a toll tag EZ pass on there car. Or take the expensive photo lane get a picture of you car and a bill in the mail.
