3 Counts of Breaking and Entering in wv?

I have a friend who has been arrested and is now on bail in wv on 3 counts of B&E. He gt a call today from his lawyer on his voice mail and he wants him to come and see him next week. something about recovery. what does this mean?

Actually he wasn't the one who actually broke in but, was with another person who actually did the deed. And he ( Not my friend) is actually in jail as we speak. He was held over to grand jurt about 3 months ago.

and yes I know My friend was there at the time of the B&E so that makes him the same as actually breaking in.
