us developed countries can hardly preach to those countries that are going through rapid industrialisation like india and china. Countries like india are now a world economic power, and the only way you remain a world economic power is by using energy, industrialising etc. England and america got how rich they are now through the same process.

at the end of the day of course india could do more to reduce climate change, but any country looks after no.1, and if india wants to get richer, then that means that they'll pollute, ... it's the pitful of capatilism, everyone's out for themselves
