3 Healthy Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Does anyone have any healthy quick, and simple breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas?

  1. breakfast - 1 egg over easy, 1 piece whole wheat toast with 1 tb butter, 1 banana

    lunch - diced chicken breast, lettuce, shredded cheese and any other veggie you like wrapped in a tortilla, boiled egg, baby carrots, carton of yogurt

    dinner - 1 chicken or turkey breast (pan fried in a little olive oil or baked in the oven and seasoned the way you like it), side salad,  serving of pinto beans, cornbread muffin with honey

    snack - roasted nuts, raisins, whole fruit, celery w/peanut butter, 1 serving of whole grain crackers, jello, low fat pudding cup, sherbert, frozen yogurt


  2. Plain yogurt, 1 TBL chopped walnuts, frozen blueberries and or drizzle of buckwheat honey

    Whole wheat tortilla, warmed canned low fat 'refried' beans or hummus, sprinkle of cheese, bagged salad and an apple

    Boil in bag brown rice, big salad of bagged salad, rinsed beans, canned tuna, salmon or sardines, dressing
