Any Legal eagles out there? I ordered 3 Ink Cartridges over the Internet from InkCycle. Only 2 Cartridges arrived. InkCycle will not issue a refund or post a replacement cartridge. InkCycle state they are unable to track the missing parcel with Royal Mail until 15 days have lapsed from the date posted (they were not sent "recorded or registered" post). Is there any course of action I can take such as (1) Demand a refund for the missing Cartridges? (2) Return the 2 supplied Cartridges & demand a full refund? What do you think? Any advice?I look forward to your advice/comments.Cheers, Charlie
