had the first interview it went well Then on our second interview we went over what took place on the first interview, then I met with one of the people I would be working with that went well & then the head of HR to discuss benefits etc.... before I left we went over salary & decided on a salary.

Now I have to go in again to take an excel test( never done this before).I am pretty comfortable with excel it was the only program a I used on my last job.....

what to expect for the test & how long is it?

what do I wear this go'round?

what are the chances that I will get this job?

  1. Don't be nervous. Your future boss obviously likes you and wants to hire you, so relax. Most likely you're a shoe-in and the testing is most likely just a formality to test your level of knowledge/experience with Excel.

If the testing is like the testing I had at a temp agency years ago it shouldn't be much of a problem. As long as you know the basics and a few of the more intermediate functions you should do just fine.

Dress: They haven't formally hired you yet, so continue dressing professionally.

At any rate, it does sound like you have the job. Congrats!

  2. sounds very good.  Dress professional and act professional this last interview is the most critical, most people get laid back during the second and third interview thinking they have the job and then don't get hired.  Good Luck!
