1. Where in New York can i buy a PSP, for a good price,

2. Can i have the names of stores that normally sell them.

3. Is it cheaper to buy it on Amazon

You can get a good deal on a used or refurbished PSP at places like GameStop or EB Games. You can also get a good deal at Amazon, but sometimes the shipping costs make it more worth it to just go to the store.

If all else fails, there's always Wal-Mart.

1.  Try out a Best Buy if one is near if not head straight for the nearest Game Stop both are going to have near the same prices Best Buy may have a bit more quality in their product though.

2.  These are stores going from where i would buy it first to last, First: Best Buy, then Game Stop, EB Games, Sams Club, and if it comes down to it go to Walmart.

3.  Most of the time no because your looking at sells possibly making it quite a bit cheaper at a store i would definitely recommend heading to a store stay away from Amazon because honestly do you know how they handle their products they would have to be shipped handled roughly so in my opinion get your mind off Amazon and head for one of the nearest stores I listed.

3 - sometimes it is cheaper from there. but i only buy books from amazon.
