perpendicular to the (90 degrees) traffic flow, came onto lane 5, Car 3 missed but car 1 then spun 180 degrees back onto 4th lane. This time Car 3's front bumper hits car 1's front left bumper. The fender and wheel of car 3 are intact. Car 1 got ticket for unsafe lane change, car 3 got a ticket for following too closely. Car 1 lost control because car 1 hit brake so hard to avoid hitting cars in front. There was no car infront of car 3 before the accident. Is the office correct giving tickets to car 1 and car 3 above? I am driving car 3. Insurance of car 1 won't pay for damages for car 3. Speed of car 3 and 1=65mph. Should I fight this ticket in court? Which lawyer do I need to represent me to agrue with the insurance company? My insur policy only has liability. Thanks for non bias advise. I am in Fairfax, Virginia
