  1. this is really simple......appetizer

easy quiches.......one pie shell.......fill with cooked crumbled bacon, drained frozen broccoli or spinach, shredded swiss or cheddar cheese, add  2-3 eggs and heavy cream, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg...bake for 45 minutes...

serve with a salad....this will be your main course....

make sure the salad is abundant......go easy....get a simple bag salad and embellish on your own.....with baby cherry tomatoes, parmasean cheese curls, croutons, red onion slices and seedless cucumber rings.....dress with red wine vingarette or your other favorite dressing.

dessert....no bake strawberry shortcakes or pudding parfaits.....

you need a martini glass...for the strawberry shortcakes.....layer cut poundcake between strawberries maserated in simple sugar syrup or rum and whipped cream....(created just before dessert will be served)

for the pudding parfaits....make or purchase your favorite pudding.......layer in martini glasses with whipped cream and nuts......remember allergies...

    hope you enjoy.....

since this is for school...embellish, embellish and embellish.....make it fancy....

  2. Appetizer

duet of shrimp cocktail and smoked salmon with honey mustard sauce.

    Main course

grilled sirloin steak with green peppercorn sauce.accompanied with baked potatoes with sour cream, chopped bacon and chopped chives.and also buttered asparagus.

    Dessert

fresh strawberries with quick sabayone sauce in cocktail glass.

This set  menu is very easy to make and you don't get mistake.

  3. Appetizer: bruschetta (those little toast things) with some sort of tomatoey topping..All can be purchased pre made

or if you have to actually make it from scratch: shrimp cocktail (large shrimp, cooked, tail on) and a nice seafood sauce (ketchup and horseradish mixed together works)

Entree (main dish): Chicken cutlets, breaded with Italian flavored bread crumbs, saute both sides til golden brown; place in baking dish, cover with chicken broth (canned kind); squeeze one lemon over top; can add sliced mushrooms to it too if you like: Bake for 1hour or so at 350

Desert: Chocolate mousse: many recipes at foodnetwork.com....pick out the easiest one....you can also do a quick and easy one with chocolate, cream cheese and cool whip....

  4. cornish game hens

long grain and wild rice (uncle bens)

    asparagus spears

    hawiaan king rolls

    pineapple upsiede down cake

I don't do appetizers.  If I did, it would be a small tossed salad.
