3 days do i take the dad betta out plzzz help?

i have a question well yesterday at 5:30 my baby bettas hatched and it is the next morning some are starting to swim but so many are falling and he cant see them i have the light on but one stupid little plant got stuck under the nest and groo mold and a snal got on the nest will it eat the eggs well plzz help and my first question was when do i take the dad out and can a baby live on the bottem of the tank they are to days old plzz help

If there are still babies in the nest and they are falling, you should leave the father betta in the tank.  Try to gently move the plant that's stuck under the nest if you can.  And you shouldn't have a snail in the tank with the betta fry.  They will eat the falling babies if they get a chance.  As long as the male betta is not eating any of the fry, you can leave him in the tank.  Often the males will not eat the fry even once they become free swimming.  It is only if their predatory instincts are triggered by seeing the fry swimming around and they start to eat them that you need to remove the father betta.  If he's still trying to take care of his babies, leave him to it.
