  1. How many times a day?

    See the dentist

  2. If they are already decaying, brushing alone won't stop it.  You must go to a dentist who will take away the rotted part and fill the cavity.  Then brush daily to avoid more!

  3. Tooth decay requires...Bacteria, a tooth and a substrate the bacteria turn into an acid. If you are cleaning and they are rotting you are either not cleaning right or your diet is a problem. Its probably both... Go to the dentists and geta diet analysis and cleaning instruction. The earier decay is treated the better so get going

  4. There can be a number of reasons. To start with, you need to visit your dentist regularly as no matter how often you brush your teeth, there are places that you or your toothbrush cannot reach.  You need the dentist or a dental hygienist to get to those hard to reach places.

Other causes can be soft enamel, too much sweets, too much sugary pop or loads of other stuff.

The best advice would be to go and see your dentist and he/she will be able to say exactly what is going on and give you proper advice, not to mention sort out the teeth that are rotting away.

    Good luck

  5. All you can do is see a dentist!

    I know how you feel..

    Good luck!

  6. If you drink a lot of fruit juice, sugary drinks or soda they are probably being eaten away by acids in the drinks. You should drink more water or unflavoured milk - these are tooth friendly drinks.

  7. FLOSS

  8. I know it's already been said, but you do need to see a dentist. Even if you brush well every day, your teeth can still be damaged depending on your diet. Remember too, that not just sugary drinks like soda cause damage. Acidic drinks can cause damage as well. Gatorade, I found out, can damage your teeth more than soda can.

Go see a dentist about this. Don't be embarassed if he/she says you're not brushing right, because a lot of people don't. Make sure you go for regular cleanings, and let them know what types of things you are eating/drinking that could be causing so much of an issue.

  9. please go visit your dentist.  no one here can help with rotting teeth.
