3 offense drug possesion? ?

whats the amount of jail time someone would get for the 3rd offense of drug possesion? they have been on probation for like 12 months and just got off and trial is in about a week.. what would he get for that?

This type of charge is state sensitive and whether it is charged as a felony or misdemeanor, on a felony the sentence could range from probation to 15 years in prison depending on whether it is charged out as with intent or simple possession, if it is charged as a Misdemeanor then you are probably looking at a max of 1 year or less.~
