3 problems with user accounts?

Question

ok so i have windows vista basic something >..< and my computer is an acer aspire t180 i think :P

first problem is the switch user button is gone in the log off menu thing

second is there is a 4th account aside from my brothers,mine and my dads and i tried to get rid of it in user account>add/remove accounts and it only shows the 3 i mentioned up there

third i looked up the switch user problem and it all it said to do was go to the how users log on and off section in control panel and i don't seem to find that <.<

sorry i don't use the right words i'm just technoligically challenged :|

What is the name of the 4th account?  It may be meant to be there.  Vista has a separate administrator account that is disabled by default.

ok well i don&#039;t know the answer to all of them, but for the switch user thing, if you can&#039;t find it, what you could do instead as a shortcut press the home button (i dunno what its called) - with the windows sign basically - and press L and it will automatically switch user. thats all i can help with sorry.
