3 questions importante!!! 10 POINTS?

hi every 1 my bro is 12 years old and he weights 65 pounds he is 4.10 ft is he normal or underweight and could u guys suggest sumthin to make him gain 5-10 pounds and

2nd questions could some1 suggest me some food with lots of protein and less fat and calories and

3rd questions is there any diet wich can make lose 10-15 pounds in 2 month fast and in wich i dont have to pay or do excessive workout neither gym

whoever gives me all these answers will get 10 points!!

    1. According to Body Mass Index rating, yes your brother is considered underweight.  But, BMI is just a tool.  The thing you need to ask yourself is your brother healthy? Is he active, doing well in school, and seems happy. If so, I wouldn't worry too much about his weight.  Boys his age have tremendous growth spurts, and sometimes it takes time for the weight to catch up.  If you want him to gain a few pounds, make sure he does it in a healthy way.  Lean meats, lots of fruit and vegetables, and not too much sugar.  Make sure he builds up muscle mass, not fat. Lots of healthy snacks too, he's a growing boy!

    2. The best way to get more protein in your diet is still the old staple, lean meats.  Chicken and fish are good, they are low in fat. Try to stay away from these "protein" shakes, they are packed with calories!!

    3. The best way to lose weight, from my experience , is little changes.  Nothing huge.  Cut out high sugar drinks, take smaller portions at meal times, and get out and walk!  You don't have to pay a thing to lose a few pounds, just make a few adjustments to your everyday routine.  Instead of stopping for fast food somewhere, bring a salad. Take the stairs instead of an elevator.  Little changes and you will see big results.

  2. #1. He is underweight, I would suggest seeing a doctor on how to make him gain a bit. Doctors advice, always best!

    #2. Granola Bars are great since they are low in calories and fat but gives you energy!

    #3. Maybe look up the South Beach diet. Try walkking once a day around your neighborhood and watch what you eat.
