what are the the three types of splits? how do you do them?

  1. -one type is having your right leg in front of you and your left leg in back of you. both straight and feet are pointed.

    -second type is the opposite way with your left leg in front of you and your right leg behind you

    -the last type is the straddle witch is both of your legs straight to the side of you

    -while doing all of these splits your hips have to be square and on the floor.

    theres the middle splits right and left!!

    for middle you stand up w/ ur ft. shoulder length apart....and go downn.

    same for other 2but turn to the right and lefttt.
