3 way calling?

When 2 people are on the phone, and they call me from their phone will the 3 way bill be on my bill or theres.

They both have called me and they said itll be on theres.

Is that true.

If they call from their phone it will only be on there bill?

it is one the bill of the person that made the second call not on yours.

If they're all land lines then they pay but if you're on a mobile phone you get charged too because you're using air time.
