3 weeks for splits?

Is it possible?

How long would I have to stretch everyday and what stretches?

  1. Yess it is..

    Here are some stretches..

    Get a partner and you stand with your back against the wall and then your partner will raise your leg and try to get it as high as you can without going to far where you feel something pulling

    **Also make sure your base leg or the leg thats not getting pulled up is completely straight

    Also another stretch would be the pillow stretch. Where you do your own stretch and then go into your splits but put pillows under you until your at the comfortable spot. Then like ever 7 minutes take a pillow out until you get all the way down.
