It could be thrush.  I got thrush very early on in this pregnancy (never in my first though).  There was no smell but it got really itchy.  You should go to the doctor to have tests done and get treated.  If its only thrush it should pose no threat to your baby but it can get more and mroe unpleasant so it is best to get it treated.

Are you experiencing any pain when you go to the toilet? Burning sensation? If you are it is wise to get checked out by your doctor. It is better to be safe than sorry as it could be an infection.

Some discharge can still be normal so if you're not experiencing any pain you should be ok.

There are discharges that are considered normal during early weeks of pregnancy.  I had a slight yellow discharges too but it was gone after a few days.  If your discharges are heavy and bad smelling and you feel itchy then maybe it was due to an infection.  It is really best to see your doctor or health care provider if you're skeptical about it.  Better be prepared for anything.
