Hello...help.I have 3 weeks before im trying out for a womens soccer team. I played soccer in college (D1) and some semi-pro, but that was about 8 years ago. im severely out of shape (just started jogging again about a week ago). what can i do for the next 3 weeks to get myself ready? i know the basics...get touches on the ball...jog...la di da...but its been so long. without a coach or a trainer im a little lost. ha.
