For some reason my daughter is only eating dairy items and a few other foods like cheese, yogurts etc, what does your 3 year old eat? Or is it just a stage children go through when they're being picky?

  1. my brother was a very picky eater when he was 2 or 3 it he has always been kinda picky but he wouldnt eat dairy so my mom gave him ice cream, the doctor said it was okay as long as he got his calcium so if theres something she wont eat dont freak give her what she wants dont force it and she should grow out of her very picky stage

  2. my son eats chicken, like EVERY day lol :D whether it's nuggets, cutlets, grilled, etc, I try to give him a different form of it!  He loves pb&j sandwiches too, ham & cheese, and believe it or not, he LOVES popcorn shrimp. I gave it to him at Red Lobster one evening when I saw it on the Kids Menu and he loved it!  So at least he gets some 'fish' in his diet. I hear it's a stage, just like us, if we eat something too often, we get sick of it too!

  3. It is a stage, but some children do not grow out of it.

Keep offering other foods, but don't force her to eat what she doesn't want to eat. Worst case scenario make sure she is getting a children's daily vitamin.

  4. its just a stage

  5. It actually is a stage My sis used to LOVE eating all sort of foods but now she only eats certain kindds like the cheese creme cheese milk yougert some vegtables and some fruits some kind of cereal and she does eat muffins hope i could help

  6. My daughter doesn't really get the choice to be a picky eater. If it was up to her she would only eat crackers all day. The only things I don't force are things I know she hates like Caesar salad. Everything else gets eaten or she doesn't get any snacks before bed.
