30-Day Notice Of Change To Terms And Conditions - bopo Cards?

ummm im sure most of yous have seen this when you have tried to go to the www.bopo.com.au site

but no matter how many times i read through it, the only thing i get out of it, is that were ment to get our money off our cards within 30 days,

can someone please explain in simple whats going on with the bopo card service??

If you top up at  for exsample 15th of july you have until 15th of August to used it all up. After that you not be able to use your bopo card anywhere. So it best to take all you money out now. What happend to bopo. Bopo is part of bills express on 21th of July Bills Express got boke. So Cuscal's is looking after us. So if you need help you need to call Cuscal [phone] between 7.30am and 6.00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday. Bopo Help desk  will not able to help.
