30 Gig Ipod restore problem.?

Question

I have a 30 gig ipod that I am having problems with and I can't seem to fix it. It is constantly saying that I need to restore it... after I restored it several times using itunes.

Things that I have tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling itunes

Held down the Menu and action button

Changed the name of the Ipod

Changed the Drive Letter of the Ipod.

Anything that I do doesn't seem to help... if anyone else knows how to fix it I would greatly appreciate your help.

take it to an apple store they will fix it free

I didn't even know they made 30 gig iPods.
