30 weeks pregnant - bf has kicked me out!?

after a row with my bf about me being a lazy cow - he has told me to get lost! i have only just rented my house out, so now am technicaly homeless, he has said i cant stay tonight - but i must take my stuff out tomorrow. im at my wits end - where can i get housed at short notice- will i get housed as i already have a house, but with tenants in it.

if you are in the uk first thing tomorrow get straight down your local housing office and explain to them im sure they will have to sort out some kind of housing for you as the tenants have the right to stay in the house for a month and then until eviction papers are served by the courts i think its something like this. good luck honey and take care of you and your baby

First thing, although easier said than done as I went through something kinda similar myself is to try & stay calm for the sake of your unborn baby.

Secondly, as much as you may or may not want to at some point NEVER get back with that man! He has made you homeless 2 months away from giving birth.

Third, speak to family & friends. Although a sofa isnt a comfortable place for a heavily pregnant woman to be sleeping it is better than nothing for the time being,  atleast until you get yourself sorted.

Fourth, go to your local housing offices & the citizens advice bereau. They can better advise you over the legal issues of renting your home yet you now being homeless.

Finally, again I stress NEVER EVER EVER get back with that d**k.

If you lived near me I would take you in :) like I say, I was in a similar positition to yourself & know how low it makes you feel. Keep smiling for your babies sake as much as your own hunny.

you can go to any one stop shop and present as homless ,or go to any police station after five oclock .and ask them to phone social services ,thay have a duty to both you and your baby good luck.

In CA if it is your primary residence, if you have at least one piece of mail that goes the that address with your name he has to officially evict you.Even if you don't pay anything. I know because I tried to kick my freeloading ex fiancee out and the cops told me I had to go through the eviction process that can take up to 60 days. Other then that I don't know but he doesn't sound like a winner.

He cannot legally kick you out of your own home, that is, if your name is on the property. Especially if you are pregnant, that's just rude, disrespectful, and abusive.

There should be commuinty out-reach programs & resourses for you to use. I also recommend to call your family members who are closes to you and take it from there.

From reading your history of questions... your boyfriend sounds like a jerk who never wanted this baby to begin with.  I really think you need to call a friend or family member to stay with until you can find a place to live.  And get rid of this guy permanently.
