  1. We must be mad

  2. Yes, and the majority pack themselves into the already overcrowded London and the South-East.

  3. Yes!It is a chilling statistic in more ways than one!And New Labour are to blame!

How can a tiny island  with our land mass absorb these immigrants!Worse still! Who is going to pay for these people in benefits?

What concerns me is!Will there be a safety net for our own teenagers when they reach retirement age after these Labour idiots have finished!

Vote them out before they do any more damage!

  4. No country, not America the UK or any country needs immigrants. It is a myth. The UK for example had a BETTER diet in WW2 and this was when most men were involved in the war effort. Politicians want to make the UK into a bigger industrial estate island for other reasons, not because we need anybody

  5. It is not a concern for me and shouldn't be for you. It's one of the biggest myths in world politics that immigrants steal natives jobs. In fact the opposite is true, more jobs will be created in the economy. If you look at the statistics, when Poland joined the EU in 2004, around 500,000 Poles came to the UK to work over the subsequent years. During this period unemployment fell and employment rose. The same happened in Israel in the early 90's when Jews from the old USSR emigrated and in the USA in the early 20th century when there was mass emigration from Southern and Eastern Europe. Any economists out there will know this as increased population increases, long run aggregate supply increases meaning unemployment falls along with inflation.

Also I have yet to see evidence that local public services are struggling. We've just seen A-Level results showing improved results. Schools struggling? I don't think so. We've seen official statistics showing crime's falling. Police struggling? I don't think so. Hospitals are receiving record levels of funding. Hospitals struggling? I don't think so. At the end of the day those who worship the Daily Mail have lost the debate when it comes to the economic benefits of immigration. So now they're coming up with new scare stories and frankly they're not pulling the wool over my eyes.

  6. Yes it is a concern. Britain has failed to deal with her real problems and business has enjoyed cheap labour.  You are not dreaming, it will get far worse.

  7. YES!!!

  8. This is pure speculation, we don't know what will happen in the future. If there is a Conservative Government immigration may well stop altogether.Immigrants wont be allowed in if there are no jobs for them, they are not allowed to claim benefits.

  9. For humanity yes, for the world banks, and world trade a boon.

  10. It is a huge concern, ok the recession is not only affecting us here in the UK it is a world wide thing, well pretty much, but the problem with this little island of ours is that it can only support so many people before we are begging places like Saudi Arabi or Zimbabwe for handouts due to we have every other countries population here.

Bring it Social Anarchy! I guess time will only tell when us Brits get fed up with having our homes, jobs, NHS places, schooling, benefits, etc taken by foreign migrants.

BNP, National Front must be loving it sooner or later the country is just going to revolt and give them what they want then they'll clean up the country and be rid of the Migrants and Gary Glitters of this country.

  11. Ahhhhh if it was all that simple!!!

over the last 10 years the population of britain has declined, in fact longer than that and this is a trend that is all over the western world.

people are living longer having less children,  europeans will not wait on tables or take two jobs or clean toilets etc.  Yes companies should pay better salaries and have less profits but then you all would have to pay higher prices.  ÃƒÂ‚£4 for a school uniform from asda's??  you like to shop at primark and have cheap goods then you have to except imigrants as they are the only people prepared to work at those wages.  or you could just buy british and force companies to invest in better skilled staff?

  12. Its a waking nightmare.

  13. It's a serious concern for me and for everyone who can see whats happening already, I've already been paid off from sites this year and I'm a d**n good worker. Immigration is necessary but not on the scale of recent years.  Theres 200,000 immigrants in the north of Ireland we barely have resources as it is now were pushed to the max but its the employers at fault they expect maximum output for little input.  Everyone deserves to work but the natives should come first.

  14. Definitely! We do not have the infrastructure to deal with such a large influx of people. The result will be that, the idiot Brown will retreat to Scotland having lost the election. His cabinet colleges will use their ill gotten gains to escape abroad, Scotland will become an independent nation, whiles,t England and Wales will sink into third world obscurity. Meanwhile i am preparing to move to France and away from the corrupt political classes wrecking this island of ours. Escape whiles,t you can!

  15. took meh  job!!!!

  16. I wonder what new labour will say to allow this happen.

I thought originally there was a skills shortage, then the reason was immigrants would do jobs 'the work shy' would not do.

Can't wait for the next deluded excuse.

Yes it is very much of a concern, quality of life just keeps on falling.
